After customers struggled to maintain organization using multiple contractors, two hardworking entrepreneurial minded men got an idea - create a more complete service company, a “one stop shop” - and end the clients scheduling and accountability difficulties. Through their knowledge, experience, and connections, they began Crossenergy in the summer of 2018 and found their niche, a comprehensive service company for the oil & gas and construction customers.
Determination…
1/17/2022 - Crossenergy is becoming a recognized name in the oil and gas industry here in the DJ Basin, Weld County, Colorado. The last 3 years have been successful because of persistence, stamina, and tenacity by our team.
Safety…
Safety is what it’s all about. Regardless of how amazingly well a job is complete, if not done safely. A great individual recently joined our team who is fully dedicated to DOT and safety management. Just another way we’re trying to be the best oil and gas service company in Weld County, Colorado!
Quality…
Although Crossenergy is technically a roustabout and, oil and gas construction and maintenance company, we also fabricate. Recently, we worked on a “pipe rack” project for a customer who said “you guys do outstanding work! Keep it up!” Comments like this make our day.
High expectations…
1/5/2022 - When we started a small oil and gas service company doing roustabout work in Weld, County Colorado in July of 2018, we didn’t expect to grow into what we’re becoming. But knowing what is achievable, we have high expectations for the great things to come.
Plans for next year…
12/28/2021 - As we contemplate the new year of 2022, we hope to continue our best work with high goals and sites. There are several oil and gas facility builds we are already scheduling, along with roustabout, containment, and steel fabrication work. We reflect on 2021 with gratitude and awe of what we’ve accomplished and enthusiasm about what is yet to come.

12/14/2021 - Yesterday a customer of Crossenergy asked if we would be interested in doing roustabout and other oil and gas work outside of Weld County. Of course, the answer was a resounding “YES!”.

Attention to detail…
12/2/2021 - The oil and gas facility “construction” Crossenergy provides depends on the customer’s needs. Setting equipment such as tanks, separators / heater treaters, or welding piping, and other such roustabout work is just a portion of what has kept us busy the last few weeks. The ground or dirt work, reclamation and fabrication of pipe racks have also been a focus with several customers.
The final weeks…
11/29/2021 - We are finishing several projects as 2021 comes to an end. Some steel fabrication projects (pipe racks), construction of an oil and gas facility, setting equipment, spill containment, and other specialized roustabout work have been occupying our time as of late.
Blessed…
As Thanksgiving quickly approaches, we at Crossenergy reflect upon the blessings we have. Our health, happiness and family are so important. The continuing growth of business with our oil and gas, midstream and construction customers is not taken for granted.
Community Support
11/22/2021: CrossEnergy believes in community support. Schools, groups, and teams can be wonderful organizations. Although our roustabout, oil and gas construction, and fabrication services may not be directly beneficial to them, the investment of our time and resources can go a long way. We support local (Greeley, Weld County, Colorado) organizations in effort to build our community.
Staying busy…
11/16/2021: As the winter holidays quickly approach, Crossenergy continues to stay busy with construction of a new oil and gas facility in Broomfield, Colorado. We’ve had the chance to construct a fresh water containment tank, a new service we offer in addition to our other roustabout, fabrication and maintenance services.
